Scheduling and Access

Services will be performed during agreed-upon times. Client must provide reasonable access to the property and notify us of any hazards, pets, or special considerations.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for plant mortality due to weather, disease, pests, or improper care after service completion.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days. Plant materials are guaranteed according to our separate plant warranty policy.

Plant Mortality

Plant survival depends on many factors including weather, soil conditions, proper watering, and ongoing care. We provide care instructions but cannot guarantee plant survival beyond our warranty period.

Weather Dependencies

Gardening services are weather-dependent. Extreme weather conditions may delay services or affect outcomes. We will reschedule services when necessary for safety and quality reasons.

Chemical Applications

When requested, we may apply fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. While we use products according to manufacturer instructions, we are not responsible for unexpected reactions or results.

Third-Party Products

We may recommend or install third-party products. While we stand behind our installation, manufacturer warranties apply to the products themselves.
